The short version
Three-month minimum. After that, month to month with 30 days' notice. Your first month is paid upfront before setup starts. Management fees for a month that has started aren't refundable. Ad spend is paid to Meta, not us. Your accounts, page, and leads stay yours no matter what.
Management fees
- The management fee is billed monthly in advance.
- The first month's fee is paid before we start any work, including setup. There is no separate setup fee.
- Once work for a month has started, including setup, that month's fee is not refundable.
- We don't offer partial refunds for partial months.
The three-month minimum
Every engagement has a three-month minimum. The first four to six weeks are testing and correction, so a shorter commitment means paying for the learning without getting the results. If you cancel during the minimum term, fees for the rest of the minimum term remain due.
Cancelling after the minimum
After three months, service continues month to month. You can cancel any time with 30 days' written notice. Email [email protected] from the address on your account with your business name, and we'll confirm in writing.
Ad spend
Your ad spend is billed by Meta directly to your payment method, so we can't refund it. What we can do is pause or turn off campaigns right away when you ask, so no further spend goes out. Questions about charges from Meta go to Meta.
If we end the engagement
If we end service for reasons other than unpaid fees or a serious breach of our Terms, we'll refund any management fee you've prepaid for the period after service stops.
Billing mistakes
If you're ever charged incorrectly, email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. If it's our mistake, we'll fix it and refund the difference.
What happens when you leave
- We pause your campaigns at the end of your final paid month, or sooner if you ask.
- We remove our partner access to your ad account and page.
- Your ad account, page, leads, and the ads we made for you stay with you.
